Gold savings scheme software, instead of a card in a drawer

Define the plan once — monthly amount, duration, bonus months free — and the app shows the total months and the total the customer will have paid in by maturity. Enrolments and collections are tracked against it, not against a printed card that can be lost.

The scheme is a promise you have to be able to prove

A monthly gold savings scheme is one of the strongest things a jewellery shop can offer: the customer commits to coming back every month for a year. It is also a liability that runs for that entire year, and most shops track it on a printed card the customer carries and a register the shop keeps — two copies that can disagree.

Varadhi Gold holds the plan itself as a record: the monthly amount, the duration in months, and any bonus months free you are offering. From those it shows total months and total collected at maturity, so a plan is designed with its full cost visible rather than discovered later.

Customers are enrolled against a plan, and their instalments are recorded against the enrolment. When maturity comes, what was paid in is a fact in the system, not a reconciliation exercise.

What the module does

Plans as records
A named plan with its monthly amount, duration and description — defined once and reused for every customer who joins it.
Bonus months
The free months you add as the incentive are part of the plan, so the total months figure already includes them.
Total shown before you launch it
Total months and total collected at maturity are calculated as you design the plan, so the commitment is visible up front.
Customer enrolments
Customers are enrolled against a plan, so a plan's members are a list you can open rather than a stack of counterfoils.
Instalments tracked
Collections are recorded against the enrolment, month by month.
Through to maturity
What was paid in over the full term is held against the customer when the scheme matures and they come to redeem it.

Setting up and running a scheme

1
Design the plan
Name it, set the monthly amount and the duration, and add the bonus months you are offering.
2
Check the totals before you commit
Total months and total collected are worked out as you type, so you see the full shape of the offer before it exists.
3
Enrol customers
Customers join a plan from their own record, so the scheme is part of their history and not a separate system.
4
Collect each month
Instalments are recorded against the enrolment as they come in.
5
Mature and redeem
At the end of the term, the amount paid in is a figure in the system — ready to be set against the jewellery the customer chooses.

A plan, as the app shows it

One scheme card

A plan with a monthly amount, a duration in months and a badge showing the bonus months free. Underneath, the app has already worked out total months and total collected — what a customer on this plan will have paid in by the time it matures. The offer and its cost sit on the same card.

Frequently asked questions

Can I offer bonus or free months?

Yes, bonus months are part of the plan definition. Total months and the total a customer will pay in are recalculated to include them, so the incentive is priced before you launch it, not after.

Can I run more than one scheme at a time?

Yes. Plans are separate records and the screen shows how many you have configured, each as its own card, so a shop can run a small plan and a large one side by side.

How are customers enrolled?

A customer is enrolled against a plan, and their instalments are recorded against that enrolment — so the scheme lives in their customer history rather than on a separate card.

What happens at maturity?

What the customer has paid in over the term is already held in the system, so redeeming it against jewellery is a lookup rather than a reconciliation.

Where is my shop's data stored?

In India. Our servers are in a Mumbai data centre. Your customer records, loan book and bills stay yours — we never share them with third parties, and you can export everything to Excel whenever you want.

Can my staff use it without seeing everything?

Yes. Each staff member gets their own login, and every entry is tagged with who made it. You as the owner see the whole shop; staff see only what you allow. That works the same for a single counter and for branches in different towns.

What if I want to stop using it?

Send one WhatsApp message. We export your full data to Excel, hand it over, and that is that. No contract, no lock-in, no retention phone calls. The no-card-required promise applies on the way out too.
