Where is my data stored?
In India. Our servers are in a Mumbai data center. Your customer data, loan records, and bills stay with you — we never share with third parties. You can download everything to Excel any time.
What if my internet goes out?
The app keeps working. You can still record loans, payments, and bills on your phone. As soon as the connection returns, everything syncs up automatically. Your shop doesn't stop because the WiFi is having a bad day.
Can I download my data any time?
Yes. Day Book → Download → Excel, any day, any date range. Customer list, loan list, sales list — all exportable. Your data is yours.
Is it GST-compliant?
